DescriptionIt is proposed to construct a 14-storey retirement home addition which will be connected at the ground floor to the existing 6-storey retirement home building on the site. The addition will have a gross floor area of approximately 8,860m2 and will contain approximately 144 suites in addition to amenity areas for residents. The addition will include two levels of parking below grade.
