Through consultation with city planning and heritage staff, the original portion of the existing northern semi would be retained and the existing southern semi’s front fascade would be rebuilt as per heritage consideration. The proposal would make applications for Site Plan Control, Zoning By-law Amendment, and the Built Heritage Sub Committee. |
